Kodiak Gas Services Completes Acquisition of Distributed Power Solutions

On April 1, 2026, Kodiak Gas Services completed the acquisition of Distributed Power Solutions (DPS), a leading provider of turnkey distributed power generation. These services will be offered under Kodiak Power Solutions, a division of Kodiak Gas Services, expanding Kodiak’s ability to deliver reliable and scalable energy solutions. We’re excited about what this means for our teams, our customers, and what we’re building together.
